8. Payment Terms
The use of the Paid Services assumes that the Member has a Subscription. Members can acquire a Subscription either by using a credit card (on the Internet or by telephone), or by other payment methods proposed by the Website, including agents in various countries.

The prices and the terms of payment for the different Paid Services are displayed at all times on the Website, including at the point when the member chooses to make a purchase.

The activation of a Subscription on a member's account occurs as soon as we have verified the payment. This can happen instantly or as long as it takes the payment to hit our accounts.

The Member can contact us at any time to cancel their Subscription. The cancellation will take effect from the expiry date of the current Subscription, in accordance with clause 15, 'Termination', below.

All subscriptions, where a valid bank card token and authority to auto renew is held by the Website will be automatically renewed unless, the Member notifies us of their wish to terminate their subscription at least 48 hours before the subscription expiry date. The renewal shall be performed in accordance with the manner of payment originally chosen by the Member, at the price rate of the subscription applicable at the time of renewal. For the avoidance of doubt Members can avoid having their subscription auto-renewed if they contact us at least 48 hours before their subscription expiration date to terminate their subscription. Members can also login to their account and set the Auto Renewal settings to off mode.

Members can also subscribe to smartphone applications. These applications can be provided by other service providers (such as iTunes or mobile services providers) and therefore may be subject to other payment conditions than those used and available to Members on any of the Website. Any such applicable terms will only apply to one-off purchases and all relevant terms and conditions associated with these payments will be brought to the attention of the Member prior to purchase.

Purchase of a subscription to a smartphone application or other mobile service(s) does not qualify the Member to use Paid Services on of the Website. A correct type of valid Subscription must exist.

Furthermore, a member may upgrade their Subscription to the next level at any time. We will adjust their balance amount form the existing paid Subscription by providing them with a discount when they upgrade. This balance is only available for upgrading the service and cannot be claimed as a refund in the event a member cancels the Subscription.

A Member may provide a Subscription Gift to another member. In such a case, terms and conditions would be the same as if the Member buys a Subscription for him/herself.

We may delegate payment collection process to our affiliate partners in certain countries where payment by bank card (credit card) may not be an option. These partner details will be shown on the payment page or sent separately when you choose a method of payment specifically offered in acertain country.
